We used Brad to help us find a rental home when we first moved to Texas and then we contacted him when we were ready to buy a house. Brad was great to work with both times. Always on time, flexible, very knowledgeable on the areas we looked. He responded to us quickly. He made home buying about our family. He did not try to push anything on us. He laid out all of the positive and negative about every property. He only gave his personal opinion about it when asked.
