Seriously Brady was amazing to work with. He was so optimistic but also very realistic. He bent over backwards to help me out in a difficult situation. He put together a booklet with all the information and got it to me the next day. He listed my home shortly after contacting him and it was under contract 3 days after listing it. He was super quick to respond to my questions and did not waste any time with getting paperwork done and signed. I was most impressed with him because he looked at all the details of the house and did extra research to get top dollar. I got several other realtors who stayed I could only get 30-40k less than what Brady got mine sold for. Highly recommend Brady!!
