I was under a tremendous time constraint and he was able to find and secure a house that I am very happy with in a short period of time. It was a tough process considering the market we are in now. He always responded to our text and calls in a timely manner. He made us feel like we were his only clients. He is a hustler. He always got us appointments for showing asap. After several months of trying to find a rental (with no luck) we decided to look into buying. After putting several offers on houses with no luck we finally found our dream house! He was very prompt in putting in the offers and finding creative ways to compete in this market. He was very involved in the entire process and adamant when it came to inspection repairs and final negotiations of the contract. You can't go wrong with using Bralyn as your realtor.
