Branden was easy to work with and very reliable. He brought insight about the neighborhoods we were looking at that we did not know. He also gave us his experienced opinion when needed (e.g. fair offers, etc.). Branden also experienced a big personal event during our closing and still was very present, checked-in often, and we didn't notice any drop in service.

Branden helped us with not only one but two property purchases back to back. First one was a rental property and we were able to get it at one of the lowest price in the area. His extensive knowledge of the market enabled us to make the right offer price. I believe there were at least eight other offers and because of his expertise we were able to make the most reasonable offer and still way below market price. Second property is for our primary residence, and yet again, he pulled through with helping us make the best offer. We got it for $50k under asking, and in addition, we got back another $10k in repair credit! Wow. Branden is attentive and as a fellow accountant/cpa I trust that he's really looking out for the best interests of his clients and not trying to make a quick commission.
