we definitely did not feel she had our best interest at heart. more than once she told us something about a property that didn't fit well, so we contacted the other side to just ask and found out either Brandi didn't inquire on our behalf or flat out lied to us. she was pushy and demeaning. we found most of the homes we looked at ourselves. we weren't a high price point and i personally felt she was disregarding lower priced houses so her percentage would be higher, even egging us on to bid above what we were comfortable with knowing the property was not worth that amount. i have had agents since then who have actually done an analysis of the area and told us that amount was way to high. then that property preceded not to sell for months and finally selling under asking... no way above.
