Selling the home that you grew up in is one of the tougher things in life that you will have to face. You're leaving behind many memories and allowing another family to start memories of their own. Our sale was not an easy one between an issue with the well water and one of the homeowners being deceased, etc. There was some minor work to be done at the home and two sales that fell through prior to the third one making it to settlement. Throughout the entire process, Brandon was there for us even when I got cold feet a week before settlement. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.
