Brandon sold our house after a single open house. He came prepared with appropriate comps for our home and area, had his team on the job quickly and got everything sorted for the listing within a few days. His professionalism is beyond reproach. He is personable and knowledgable. I was listed with another agent and he still took time to answer questions and offer guidance and a second opinion when asked. The first agent couldn't get my house sold and I re-listed with Brandon as soon as the original agreement was up.
