We met Brandon at an open house he was hosting in Bartram springs. He was very professional and answered every question we had regarding that home and neighborhood. My wife and I decided to enlist Brandon for our home search letting him know are likes and dislikes we wanted to be in an established area and he showed us several options and we ended up closing on a home in James Island subdivision. Brandon was there for the inspection and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction prior to closing. He always responded to all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and if there was a question he couldn't answer he would go out of his way to find the answer and get back to us. Brandon did his research on the house we were selling, he helped us price it right and it sold quick at the listed price. He guided us daily through both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. He helped manage the banks, pushing them to communicate and meet our closing timetable. We gave Brandon the difficult task of helping us find an acreage property with special access needs for our relocation from Arizona. He had a difficult task, as we were still in the relocation process and not readily available. After helping us determine what area we wanted to live in, we went under contract on a home. We quickly ran into difficulties with inspection issues and VA lender requirements. He put in a tremendous amount of time and effort working with difficult sellers and lending issues. The first property did not close due to VA appraisal requirements, so we started over again. The second home we found worked out better than the first, but also had VA issues. Brandon remained the most calm and reasonable broker in both contracts, and spent many hours working through multiple issues to get our home purchase closed. We love our new home, and are grateful for the steadfast time and effort Brandon put in to help us.
