My wife and I's experience with Brandon and his agency, Boulevard Realty, was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in the real estate market. I called Brandon about a house, left a message and never got a call back. My wife sent him an email, only to get an email from another woman. We set up a time to look at the home. After we were shown the house by this woman, we saw the owner of the house we were looking at renting who promptly informed us that the house was under contract. Not only did Brandon not reach out personally, but sent this poor woman to show a rental that was already under contract and still had the sign out front. Boulevard Realty will not be an agency we do business with in the future.

Extremely unprofessional! Complete lack of communication. Loses his clients money on every deal. He's just in it for the quick cash and not what is right for his clients.
