Brandy Brown

Brandy was a joy to work with throughout the entire house-selling process. From our initial meeting and coaching about how to stage the home to the closing process, she was so professional and motivated. Her listing was beyond that of any listings I have ever viewed--amazing quality photography including drone footage, and a very professional walk-through video. Her listing was the #1 listing for my area on Zillow, almost doubling the number of views of the next most popular house. Her marketing skills are beyond compare. She led a week-long campaign that ended with an open house, after which I received 3 competitive offers. The sale of the house exceeded our goals and would have sold for well above asking price if it has appraised for a higher value. I could not ask for a better agent, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Colorado Springs or the surrounding area.

Brandy Brown is the real deal! She is the best realtor we could ask for! She is hardworking, extremely knowledgeable, and loyal. Even though we were 1,900 miles away we trusted her 100% of the time. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find a great home in our budget. Brandy made buying our first home a breeze. She is very familiar with the VA process and can fully relate to veteran families. Trust is when we say you want Brandy Brown on your team!!

Brandy is an exceptional real estate professional. She is always running to another showing or listing. Not only is she a great agent, but a remarkable person. Her dedication to local causes and the military is something we should all be a part of. I enjoy working with her in any capacity and look forward to partnering more in the future.

Brandy was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in the home prices in my area. She did a great job on the sale ad she put together for my home, which displayed the home in an inviting way. I would highly recommend her.

Brandy jumped through hoops and did everything within her power short of buying the house herself to sell our house. Great working with her. I will definitely recommend her services to everyone.

Brandy went completely out of her way to help us on our house buying adventure. We probably would not have a home if it wasn't for everything she did. She personalized everything to meet our needs, and never let us down. Hands down, the best realtor that ever existed.
