I would certainly recommend her. She gave helpful suggestions for staging the house, which can be very tricky with two young children and a dog plus all of the toys associated with both. She was particularly helpful in setting of expectations for what we would most likely get for our home. She knew we were anxious to sell, but encouraged us to hold firm on certain things, which we greatly appreciated. Brandy was extremely knowledgeable of the area and had a clear plan in how we would react from a pricing strategy from week-to-week based on the amount of interest generated on our property. During a very tough market, during a very AWFUL winter, Brandy sold our home in less than 3 weeks.
