Brenda is the absolute best! We sold our house and bought a house with Brenda's help. She guided us through the process; explaining to us all the options, giving sound advice and setting up the best possible scenario. She listened to what we wanted and then made it happen. She went above and beyond of what we expected from a realtor. She coached us through finances, appraisals, assessments, buyer contracts, seller contracts, offers, counter offers, how to get the house ready for showings and the list goes on. We are impressed with how knowledgeable she is with everything that we dealt with. We loved her attention to detail (with great accuracy) and her promptness and follow-through. At times we weren't even in the same state and we were able to correspond transactions! The service she provides is "the whole ball of wax". We never had to figure things out by ourselves. However the most important thing we loved about having Brenda for our agent was how personable she is. Besides being fun to work with, her desire to get us what we wanted was obvious. She cared about us and our situation. Her passion to help people with their housing needs/desires is obvious. What a joy Brenda was to have as our agent!
