I called her early evening on a Friday night asking about a property (which eventually became my new home) and she had a Saturday showing appointment set up immediately. I liked the fact that Brenda is a native of the area and knew all the in's and out's of the respective areas we were looking at. She is also very detailed oriented and would ask me very pointed questions, not in a negative way, but in a thoughtful way. For example, "Does it bother you to walk through the parking garage to go to the pool"? I really liked that about her. Very patient. We started looking in August 2015 and finally purchased February of 2016. I would call her with 24 hr notice and ask her if she could arrange for us to see a residence. We live in another state and often would end up coming to Daytona on very short notice. I would highly recommend her!
