Brenda helped me find a tenant for my condo. I actually met Brenda at an open house a year prior. I thought she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Salem area, so I kept her contact information. When it came time to rent out my condo, I wanted her as my agent, even though other agents offered to help me. Brenda was patient with me when I didn't have my condo ready to show. I was very busy with many things at that time, but I still wanted to fix up the place a bit before showing it. She helped me to set reasonable goals and deadlines, and she listened to and respected all of my concerns. She took photos, held open houses, and advertised the unit.
