I was a first time home buyer and was extremely nervous. I didnt know the first thing about buying a home let alone the loan process, making an offer, title & escrow, etc. Brenda took care of everything for me. She helped get me pre-approved for a loan, searched high and low for my dream home and showed me homes until I found one that I couldnt live without. I was nervous about making an offer. She explained everything and made it much less intimidating. The whole process went much smoother than I anticipated. She even met the appliance delivery guys at my new home while I was at work to unlock the door for them. Now thats customer service!
