What is there to say about Brenda that hasn't been said already?! I mean she knows her stuff, she makes you feel as if you are her only client (when you know your aren't), but that is Brenda, she is available every step of the way. My wife and I are first time home-buyers and we honestly didn't even know where to start. We began by reaching out to a few agents and Brenda was not only the first to respond, she was also the most thorough. We saw a home we liked and lo and behold with her assistance we were able to get our offer accepted and begin the escrow process, it was a beautiful home and Brenda has some personal touches up her sleeve when submitting offers, I'm not sure if other agents do the same things, but it seemed to be the difference. Our sellers were taking some time to find their replacement property and Brenda suggested we go out and look at some other options, lest we wait and lose our locked loan rate, we agreed. That's when I got an alert an hour after being home and after having been out and about all morning looking at properties.
