Highly Recommend! My wife and I bought our first home last April 2013. Brenda was very patient and helped show several different homes and did a good job explaining them to us. She provided any information that was helpful in our decision on which house to buy and not to buy. I definitely would recommend her to anyone else that is looking for house or that is just wanting information and a reliable person to deal with. Once again we are greatly appreciated and love our nee home.

I would highly recommend.16 years or so ago Brenda Hunter walked into the Home Owners Association where I was the Office Mgr and introduced herself. It was her first visit there and she asked permission to wait in the office where a potential client from the association was to meet her to discuss marketing their home. The homeowner later told me that Brenda spent 3 hours with them walking their property, discussing their needs, keeping an open ear and remembering everything they said. The owners loved her personality, the one on one that she gave them but mostly her honesty and let her list their house. For the next 3 weeks, Brenda became a regular at the office doing research on the Homeowners Association and 4 weeks after that she had a buyer and had lined up a new home for the clients. All because Brenda listens and remembers what her clients say. I know you've probably heard all the lawyer and real estate agent jokes about not trusting any of them well that doesn't apply when Brenda is involved. When you join forces with her you'll never have to worry about being led astray. You tell her what you want and she'll find it for you.....if you want to list...she'll be honest with you.....in my book she's the only Real Estate Agent I'd ever recommend or work with.....
