The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT team @ Camelot are #1... I started with 2 rentals and I thought I could do it myself, finally after 3 years of bad renters, ruining my homes, I spent weeks looking for a company to manage my propertys. Most promised the world but couldn't preform, or talked to me like I was stupid, and the rest wanted to do everything online, they wouldn't even meet me. I was looking at reviews and decided to call Camelot. They met me at both properties walked around, listened to what I wanted to do and they were brutally honest and brought me into reality. We decided to sell one and rent the other then take the money off the sale and they helped me make a good purchase. I wound up getting a dream deal on a fixer upper, Camelot oversaw the repairs contractors and came in under budget, marketing the hell out of it we got multiple offers, I got more then I was hoping for and invested the money and purchased 2 more properties. It took a while to find ther right deals, they didn't get pushy or impatient they shot down as much an I did. In the end I couldn't be happier. I'm a lift time client, I tell my family to go to them.
