Brenda Mancil is the absolute best real estate agent I have ever worked with. My husband and I used Brenda to purchase our very first home and she was there with us explaining every detail.She did her best to give us the best house for us.BRENDA gave us advices about each house, and she did her best to help us get the house we liked.I got our house so fast because she was sending new listing so fast before all the websites.Thank you Brenda from our hearts, you are the best!!!

Brenda is incredible! She worked with us to sell our old home and purchase a new home. She went above and beyond our expectations - moving things around to help us look at homes in an incredibly hot market, doing last minute showings, and dealing with what ended up being an incredibly complex purchase with renovations that we ended up doing. We would have struggled so much without her support and guidance. I would recommend her to anyone!

Brenda was very helpful when we were looking and purchased a home last year. She is very honest, detail oriented, very knowledgeable of the area, provided multiple options of homes that fit our criteria (i.e. size, yard, bedrooms) and pros and cons of each of the homes. During the purchasing process, she was very engaged, responded to our questions and worked with the seller's agent in addressing our questions. From looking from the home to the actual closing, Brenda was very engaged and prompt in responding to our questions. After purchasing our home, Brenda helped us sell our previous home. She was very helpful in providing feedback for the home, the necessary updates required and the market conditions at the time. Due to Brenda's feedback, our home was on the market for only 3 days before going under contract. During the contract phase, Brenda was engaged as well with the buyer's agent and therefore we closed on time with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Brenda as a real-estate agent that is honest, prompt and very knowledgeable of the real-estate market.

Brenda was wonderful to work with! Our family was a corporate relocation from 1300 miles away in Virginia. We needed a strong realtor that could help us in a new area with every step along the way. Brenda went above & beyond! She is knowledgeable, always available and knows the area that suits her clients best. We were on a tight schedule with having to travel in for house hunting and she always made time for us. Her response time to calls, email, texts, etc is beyond exceptional. She was a joy to work with every step of the way!

Brenda was a dream come true. My wife and i would go to open houses when we saw one, and the agents were pushy and did not want to listen to what we were after. They said what we were after was the house they were selling when it wasn't. I got Brenda's name from a flyer sent to my daughters house. I gave her a call and lo and behold, she listened to us. Brenda worked with us for over a year checking in occasionally to see if our plans had changed. She would send us a listing of homes she thought we might like, but it was never the 'perfect' house for us. After a year, she found us the perfect house for our needs. Again, she was never pushy and she listened to us. I look on Brenda now as a friend and not my agent and recommend her very strongly. She is a different breed of agent who actually cares.
