This woman is a miracle worker! She worked so hard to make sure we got the best home at the best price and she made us feel like family. Between driving long hours to come help us and a constant online support she always made us feel like comfortable and secure. Thank you so very much!!!!!!

Brenda is a very awesome person. Makes you feel comfortable and calm during a stressful time. She is helping my grandma sell her home, and I have never met a realtor that was so personable, who even takes time out of her personal life to come and help my grandma move stuff. Brenda rocks!!! Why does she rock? Because she's everything you want from a real estate agent, and a whole lot more!!I first met Brenda on an afternoon drive to Maple Valley, (one of the prospective areas my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home). We didn't have any homes scheduled to look at, but were really out there to just size up the area. The area looked nice! We could see ourselves living there, so we did as any couples with a smart-phone would do: look up a home on Zillow and do a drive by, that is where I met Brenda!A month or so went by and Brenda had sent me a hand written, personalized card via snail mail! Who does that you ask? People that are awesome!! I have to say, personalized touches like that, really go a long way to show that they care, so my wife and I decided to let Brenda take us on the adventure of buying our first home.We told her the small list of things we would like to see in a home, as well as potential areas on the Eastside that we would consider. Brenda was awesome at taking us around to the listings we wanted to see, as well as those that came on the market that day, right on the spot! That lady wields a smart phone, and knows how to use it!Our map of influence grew from Maple Valley to: Bothell, Snohomish, Issaquah, Duvall, Carnation, and Redmond. If you're familiar with these areas, then you know that's a large area to cover. We were so grateful Brenda was understanding that the market dictated us looking so broadly, and she never seemed frustrated when we wanted to look at another home or different area. It's worth mentioning that Brenda would commute from her office in Renton to the listings at the times that were convenient for us. If that's not great service, I don't know what is!Brenda was very quick to respond to all the texts/emails/phone calls if we ever had a question or concern in the home buying process (even after our offer was accepted)!! She has a great attention to detail, knowledgeable, is very approachable, great sense of humor, and an upbeat attitude. You would be silly to not choose Brenda as your agent!I know what someone reading this review might be thinking: first time home buyer, what a noob. Well, to that I would say: I know people who have bought homes, I have been along with friends and their real estate agents looking at buying homes, I watch HGTV, and I use a thing called "the internet."

She has patience, listens to ideas, goes the extra mile to view homes and communities ahead of time to rule out things she knew I didn't want to live near such as railroad tracks. This saved a lot of time. We looked on several different days over a few months and finally found the home I wanted in a great community. She was on top of all the dates that needed to be met for inspections, final repairs, document signings, closing and many other details. She communicated between my loan agency, the other realtor and me with ease and great knowledge. She even measured for blinds and appliances for me. I highly recommend Brenda and if I ever sell this home to buy another one I'm going to have her as my agent again.
