Brenda Swanger

We had a job transfer and needed to sell our house. We hired Brenda Swanger. She seemed at first to be interested in selling our home, but as time went, (couple months) she was more interested in talking us into lease purchasing to a couple whom could not afford it. She was so determined that we should lease purchase our home to this couple, our house seemed to quit having any showings. As we had to move 5 hours away and could not be on site and manage the selling of our house or oversee her selling our home, we decided to go with her(the professional) recommendation for lease purchase and HER be the property MANAGER. As property manager she was to look over the property and collect payments. She had the people MAIL IN the property check! Not going over to see the property, neighbors started calling us (5hrs away) to complain about the grass not being cut and the house falling in disrepair. The checks started to get fewer and further between but she still asked us to "just BE PATIENT".! We finally filed and eviction notice, then found out Brenda was friends with the couples parents and wanted to give them a second chance by talking us into the lease purchase. BE WARE USING THIS WOMAN AS YOUR REALTOR!
