My husband and I both LOVED working with Brendan. Houses were going fast when we were looking and he was available whenever we needed to get a quick offer written and presented. We ended up purchasing new construction which adds quite a bit of work and difficulty. He was fantastic in dealing with the builder's realtor and worked extremely hard to get our needs and desires met. He followed the construction closely going by the home and walking it watching it for us every step of the way - this proved to be very valuable, catching items before they became an issue. Brendan was amazing to work with!!! Despite buying a home in a sellers market with a low inventory he was there with us through it all! He was wonderful to work with and was always just a phone call or text away! He honestly took the stress out of buying our home!
