Brendan is very knowledgeable, professional and did everything to accommodate out needs for this sale. If you like someone who timely gets back to you, stays on top of texts and phone calls, then he is definitely your man. We lived hundred of miles away by the time of the sale and he coordinated with everyone form the attorney, to the Super and even with offering a fantastic cleaner. All was done remotely and we didnt even meet him face to face! Thats how trustworthy he is. On top of that, he is genuinely a nice & humble person (we got to share animals/dogs rescue stories, and believe me he does his part! Ask him about that). Having him sell our Upper East Side appartment was simply perfect and I couldnt recommend him enough. Oh and I almost forgot: our appartment was a mess and we had not seen it after a long time (years!! After a tenant moved away and he was so helpful, actually his advice on what needed to be done (painting, scrutinizing every light switch, door handles, dirt inside the cupboards etc, even noticed things we may not ourselves, have noticed but were important for the sale). He adviced how and what the staging should look like. You get 4 people in one with him ;) so if you hesitate between him and others, please give him a call and see for yourself how easy he is to talk to, and how knowledgeable of the market he is. His strategy was on point and we sold within 2 weeks (we had the appartment for sale with another agent for almost a year before we found him). We decided on his presentation first because it was so much better than all the others we got. So it was a logical decision, but then when we got to know him and saw everything he was capable of doing, and how helpful and efficient he was, we knew we made the right decision. His great personality was simply the cherry ?? on top. I wish we meet him face to face one day!
