As a REALTOR®, I am responsible for representing people in what may be one of the most significant financial decisions they will ever make. In my opinion, this makes it very imortant that I work closely with my clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the transaction every step of the way, and to advise on any concerns that may arise. I graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Economics and Financial Management, and used the skills I learned to write an analysis of the housing boom and bust that followed. While Cal Poly helped me hone my understandings of the market and financial instruments, I believe my real assets come from a sincere enjoyment of human interactions, my ability to engage in educated negotiations and the capacity to adapt to situations as necessary My goal as a real estate agent is to have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and to build connections with people in our community.
