Even though my wife and I were anxious to find and buy a house, Brent would help settle our emotions and insure that we didn't overpay for our house. Later, when it came time to sell the house, he insured that we didn't overprice it and miss out on potential buyers. His communication style is relaxed, which made us comfortable, and he is available for phone, texting or face-to-face anytime we needed him. His earlier experiences, as a real estate investor, makes him particularly strong in negotiating the best deal for his customer. Great Experience!My wife and I had Brent represent us in our search for a home in the North Scottsdale area. We traveled in from out of town over the course of 3 months. We communicated with Brent via email and he set up each visit with a number of homes to see for each visit. Each visit was met with a complete plan and MLS sheet to view each home. We made several offers and Brent represented us exactly as we had asked. We finally found our home and closed the deal. After we closed, we chose to do a remodel before we moved in.
