Brent, an accomplished Colorado Springs businessman, became licensed in real estate in 1988 after graduating from college with a B.A. in Business and Marketing.
In 1989, when the Colorado Springs market was very soft, he started a landscaping business in addition to selling real estate. Although his true passion was real estate, the landscaping business was getting to be full-time job and was taking away from what he love to do best “help people buy and sell homes”. In 1997 Brent sold his business with over 1200 customers who account for many of Brent’s referral contacts today.
Brent joined forces with his mother, Dot Demos in 1998 building a partnership: The Demos Team. Dot was a true professional and was considered one of Colorado Springs best realtors with over 40 years of experience and Realtor of the year in 1988 for Colorado Springs.
