Brent Herman

From an early age, I've been exposed to and passionate about real estate and construction. I grew up working with my Grandfather doing construction and renovation work on the rental property he owned and operated (around 150 properties in its prime). During that time, I was instilled with the entrepreneurial values of determination, work ethic, customer service and responsibility. After finishing my Bachelor's Degree, I worked as a Project Manager responsible for a multitude of tasks related to the company's lease portfolio, which consisted of about 700 properties at the time. The role was point person and facilitator of lease negotiation, legal review, construction, move services, and operational integration as leases neared expiration and the leases were either renewed or the operation was relocated.
