Brent Sappe

​​Brent Sappe, a native from Warner Robins, Ga, began his career as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Brent graduated from Valdosta State University and continued his education at the University of Miami, receiving his master’s degree in Exercise Physiology concentrated in Strength and Conditioning. While working with student-athletes and clients across a vast variety of sports and backgrounds, Brent created a passion for helping others achieve their goals. He strives to encourage others and always has a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Brent creates an environment that excites and energizes everyone around.
