I worked with Bret on renting my last condo, what an amazing resource! He was attentive, responsive and was a joy to work with. We had a few small issues with the apartment that needed to be repaired, he was all over oit, he even came by on weekend to drop things off. I have never worked with an agent on rentals that was so on it and had that personal touch! I would highly recommend anyone work with him, he will take care of you and make sure you are all set in your new home!

Bret has assisted me on multiple fronts. First, he helped find tenants for a rental property which I own in Lakeview. When I was looking to initially list the property I had no idea what units similar to the one I own were renting for in our neighborhood. Bret was able to secure us a monthly rental amount which greatly exceeded our expectations as well as find some amazing tenants. I then used Bret's services a couple of years later to purchase a new home in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. When I initially began my search I had no idea of what kind of property I was looking for so Bret took me literally dozens of places until I found the perfect place. He was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, types of units and market prices. On top of that he is a great person to work with.

My wife and I were living in Munich, Germany when we received the opportunity to move back to the US for a new job. Fortunately, we were referred to Bret and we couldn't be more pleased with his in depth market knowledge, 24/7 availability and genuine interest in helping us find the perfect home. He helped negotiate on our behalf while we were abroad and even went so far as to take us on a FaceTime tour of the house we now live in. I was not looking forward to having to drive back and forth to Chicago from Woodstock, but Bret made it easy by picking me up and dropping me off at a Metra train station every time we had business to attend to. He arranged, set up and hosted the 2 day open house, handled communications with the renter/tenant, compiled 15+ offers we received from the first 2 days of showings, drove out to Woodstock to show us the contracts, and facilitated the acceptance with buyers realtor. Beyond the normal responsibilities he also trouble-shot problems that arose from either the inspection, getting extra things out of the buyers way like a huge chest freezer in the garage and other items, and got a last minute quote for an unexpected foundation leak at the final walk through.
