Brett Malinski

Brett has helped us to sell a condo in Uptown and St. Louis Park, sell an older property in Edina for a deceased parent, and buy and sell homes in Edina Countryside and Country Club Neighborhood (that makes it sound like we move a lot, but this was over 8 years!). Each time, he was an excellent advocate for us, keeping us in the loop on details of showings and helping us to negotiate for an excellent price point (both on the buy and sell side). He is very personable, and has always treated us as friends. He knows a lot about the markets in Edina and Minneapolis, and always gave us optimistic, yet honest, advice about timing on the market and managed our expectations well. On the buy side, he carefully chose properties that he thought we would like (and was on the mark very often) and even helped us to see that property that we liked had some significant downsides. We ended up in a home that we love (not our original choice) and the process was very smooth. He also was super helpful in our sale, often coming over during the day to fix little things or tidy up if we had a showing and we were unavailable. He is a great realtor and we would use him again with no hesitation!!!!
