Brett Nissen

As a former financial advisor and local real estate investor, I provide a data-driven and analytical approach to buying and selling homes at the Jacksonville Beaches. My expertise extends beyond the contract. Along with my wife, Ally, I co-founded Senses Development & Design, a boutique interior design and renovation firm bringing modern minimalist design to the beaches of Jacksonville. Whether you are looking for a luxury coastal home, a fixer-upper investment, or need renovation consulting to maximize your sale price, my unique background in finance and design offers a competitive edge you won't find elsewhere. When I’m not selling homes or consulting on home renovations, you’ll find me surfing, working in my organic vegetable garden, or enjoying the Neptune Beach lifestyle with Ally and our aussiedoodle, Nia. If you're looking for an agent in Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, or Jacksonville, let’s connect to discuss your goals!
