Brett Phillips

My husband and I bought our first home a few years ago. We had interviewed with a few agents before deciding on hiring Brett as our agent. What I loved about Brett is his honesty, and knowledge. Since the first day we met with him he has always been up front about his expectations in regards to client to agent relationship, has outstanding integrity, and 20+ year experience in real estate and a wealth of knowledge regarding anything you may need to know about homes and the home buying process. During the process he was always understanding of our needs and was respectful when we needed to step back from looking for a short time. He was never pushy, and I feel that he helped us find the home that was right for us and our growing family. We still keep in contact with Brett, and he has never made me feel he was only concerned about his commission or the sale, because he went above and beyond to help my husband and I get settled in and even helped us after moving in with odds and ends.

Brett and Christine are fantastic to work with. Genuine, honest and work hard for the client. Their commitment shows and they even go the extra mile when needed for their clients when selling a home. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will refer both buyers and sellers to them when the need arises.

Brett is very knowledgeable in the realestate market. He is always willing to go the extra mile. Brett doesn't pressure you into a choice, but rather provides you with the facts as well as his past experiences so you can make an informed decision. My house had numerous showings and multiple offers in a short time range. I believe this is a reflection of Brett's marketing strategies and the access he has to get the right information out to buyers. I highly recommend him as either a buying or selling agent.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I cannot say enough about Bretts tremendous work on our behalf, and the great results he achieved for our family. I live in Virginia, but my elderly father had to sell his Ann Arbor home quickly so I was looking for someone who would be hands on while I was out of state. A service that supports seniors recommended Brett to me. At our first meeting, Brett gave us advice regarding much needed renovations needed prior to sale. When I discovered my fathers financial constraints, Brett gave us very targeted repairs that fit my Dad's limited budget; he also recommended contractors who did good work at a great price. Once on the market, several other issues came up, which Brett handled efficiently including helping to coordinate urgent repairs at short notice. After listing, Brett sold the home much faster than I thought possible, for a much higher price than I anticipated (great advice on the repairs). Last, as my Dads mobility is limited, Brett arranged to conduct the closing at my Dads assisted living facility which greatly eased the logistics. In summary, great service, super advice, calm, competent, professional I give Brett my highest recommendation!
