Brett and his team are amazing realtors and property managers. I purchased my townhouse 8 years ago, but as a military member I had to move after 3 years. I was wary of renting my house, but it was too early to put it up for sale. I reached out to Brett and he made the process of renting my house so easy. It was rented as soon as I moved out at a price that worked for everyone involved and with renters that met all my specifications. For the next 5 years, Brett and his team took care of my property like it was their own. They kept me updated on my renters, any maintenance and all issues (such as a fire sweeping through the city). If I had a question, I just texted him and the response was always immediate and personable! I just recently let him know that it was time to sell my house.
