Found us our home, and led us through the write up. Brian was very available to show homes at the drop of a hat. He met us numerous times to do walk throughs and was very helpful during inspection. I would recommend.

Brian was an excellent agent in complete the purchase of our very first home! In June of 2015 we contacted Brian about purchasing our first home, we negotiated, had an offer accepted and did inspection, only to have the deal fall through due to an error on the mortgage lender's part. It was heartbreaking. Fast forward to October, we contacted Brian again. We found the perfect house, at the perfect price. Brian recommended the perfect area that met all of our needs. Only having to sacrifice a 10 minute further commute to work. I plan on recommending Brian to my parents when they decide to sell and to any friends who need a realtor.

Brian Alarcon was absolutely wonderful to work with on the sale of our home. When he provided us with the estimated value and suggested list price, we really thought that it was too high, but we trusted his guidance and to our amazement, we had an offer for full list price in less than a week. As we had relocated across the country two years before the sale, Brian went above and beyond in helping to get the property ready for sale and coordinating schedules between property managers, tenants, inspectors, appraisers, etc. and keeping us updated on progress every step of the way. As we encountered a few hiccups along the way, Brian jumped right in to take care of everything and supply helpful recommendations from planning to list all the way through to closing. I contacted Brian casually to let him know me and my husband might be starting to look into our second home in the near future, but werent sure how soon. He said no problem, let me know what I can do to help. He didnt pressure or constantly contact me. Well when our perfect dream house came on the market we jumped into action sooner than we thought. I contacted Brian on a Monday morning and said we got our pre approval and we wanted to get in to look at this house ASAP. He dropped everything and had us an appointment for viewing 2 hours later at 11am. Of course we LOVED the place more than we thought possible, but it already had an offer on the table and another viewing after ours. With the market so competitive right now we KNEW we had to get the ball rolling. Brian discussed what we wanted to offer etc and had our offer submitted by 2pm. We went in over asking, afraid to lose out, and by 6pm he gave us the call, WE GOT IT! With Brian as our realtor and Heather Hendrix(directors mortgage) as our Lender, the buying process was a breeze! Couldnt have asked for an easier process with all their hard word and amazing communication between realtors, lenders, sellers, etc. Now that we had our dream, forever home; the next hurdle, Selling our Spanaway house. Brian gave his professional opinion on the condition and did his research for an adequate but competive listing price. He quickly got a professional photographer in to get the house on the market. We listed at the top of his recommended price point, and within an hour on the market we had our first offer, OVER asking! We couldnt believe it! But that was only the beginning of a nightmare. We accepted with their conditions of wanting a quick close, better for us, since we were paying 2 mortgages. With Brians help with price quotes on some fixes they wanted, as well as some stressful septic issues, we quickly got our end all tied up and ready to close. Only to sign extension, after extension, because their lender was HORRIBLE. Brian had to physically drive to their office to get answers, and spend countless hours on the phone. But he was always professional and very good at calming my stress during these situations. If he didnt have an answer, he reassured me he would find one by end of day; despite my numerous stressed, angry, texts bugging him for answers. He went above and beyond as a realtor, he went in with full heart and determination like this was his own house sale. We were ready to walk away from the sale and Brian worked double to get this to work out for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, he made things so easy in retrospect

Brian expertly helped my husband and I sell our rental home in Spanaway just this month. My husband and I bought a house a couple of months ago from Brian and Steven was our lender . Hands down Brian is amazing he was always on top of everything any time you wanted to go look at a house he was on it . We bought a lot and built a house with the help from Brian. We lived about 2400 miles away and Brian took pictures for us so we could see the progress of our house being built. It was great working with Brian. Though I did know he was very busy working with several clients, he did respond to me in a reasonable amount of time and made me feel like I was the only one he was working with. He was knowledgeable about what homes where going for in the area and the likelihood of a successful offer. Though I did have a couple offers not go through for what I was asking - and though it was ultimately my decision - we also weren't going to go crazy with making an over inflated bid. I ultimately ended up with the best home for me!
