Brian Alexander is an AWESOME agent, I mean AWESOME.This guy would go out of his way to make things happen. I was in bay area and we must have worked for a year on trying to find the right place. And we did. Several times stand out about his professionalism and courteous way about him. This one stands out the most. I arrived early one day and we looked at many homes, it was getting late and i needed to get going back to bay area Brain bought me dinner and even offered for me to sleep at his house so I didn't have to make the drive back to bay area. Great guy. We need more people like him. Brian Alexander made a lot happen and in February I moved into my new home in Dayton. Thank You Brian.

Recently because of a family illness I needed to search for suitable housing in the Carson City/Reno area with the idea of relocating there to be closer to family. I had seen your relocation commercial on television and decided to call your office, because I thought that if RE/MAX were the number one seller of real estate in the world, they would be able to help me make a difficult transition much easier. The receptionist at your office put me in touch with Brian Alexander, a broker associate, who turned out to be the most wonderful, calm person in a time of extreme stress.While I was still speaking with Brian on the telephone, he was able to get me prequalified to buy another home with the help of another great person, Diane Imbach, from Pacific Crest mortgage. Then knowing how much I could qualify for, when I finally drove up to Carson City from Kingman, AZ, we were able to go right out and home search, because Brian had already printed out the available homes in my price range.There was no hard sell, no pressure. Brian was there to answer all my questions and to steer me to the best areas that I could afford, never forcing me to reach for a home that I couldn't make the payments on. He was well acquainted with every area of Carson City and with most of the other listing agents in multiple. I felt really confident we would find a suitable home, and he gave me that confidence. He even found a special buying program for me so that I could buy the house I really liked.In the end, because of a healthcare insurance restriction in that particular area, I could not buy in Carson City and decided to drive back home to wait for my home here to sell. Brian was so understanding and even spoke with the healthcare agencies.Truthfully, when my home sells here and we are able to relocate to the Reno/Carson area, I would never consider buying from anyone but Brian, because of Brian's consistent and prompt attention to detail. My friends often tell me to find a home for sale by owner, but when you hire a real estate professional, you also get their expertise so that there are no problems with the escrow and no problems with the title insurance. Like the commercial says, you don't get any unwanted surprises.I know that I not only connected with a real estate agent, but I also made a friend, and in today's crazy financial world, that's a rarity.

My name's Laurie Johns. I'm a teacher in Carson plus a single mom and new homebuyer. I'm writing today to publicly thank Mr. Brain Alexander.Mr. Alexander is a broker and sales associate with ReMaxx Realty Affiliates. Why I'm writing is this: I have been looking for a home since the middle of June. I have spoken with many realty companies in the area and honestly feel they didn't want my business.Many returned my calls but never offered much follow up nor enthusiasm to help me find a home.
