My Go-To realtor!!! Made our first home purchase go flawlessly. So much so, we went back to him nine years later to sell the same house. Our property was on the market one week and we already had an offer high than expected. And it was all due to Brian. Brian is an excellent realtor! One of his biggest strengths is his local knowledge of the real estate, communities, builders, quality of homes, etc! His connections are endless, helping us with a mortgage loan contact as well. He dedicated a lot of time to finding us our perfect home, and worked with our crazy schedules to look at houses. He also helped us immensely with advice for the sale of our home in Pittsburgh (that was with a local realtor), ultimately helping us decide to turn down an offer that had some red flags, and definitely saved us from a very painful experience! I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his expertise!

We purchased our home in Las Vegas from Brian in 2015 and it was a streamlined process. He got us everything we could have imagined and then some with the size of it! Fast forward to 2019 here we are on the move as the job transferred and we used Brian again to sell the home. Always a tough market around Christmas & New year's but he managed to get it sold quickly. If we had to move back to the Vegas market Brian would be our guy.

I know this review is just a liiiiiittle late but thought I would write it anyway. We bought our first house through Brian almost 10 years ago. During that time I was stationed overseas in the USAF and most of the process was completed via email or over the phone. Brian was available day or night to answer any of the 1000 questions we had. He is a master negotiator and was able to get us an unbelievable price for our home. When we buy our retirement home in LV you better believe that Brian will be the first person we call to assist us.
