Brian has been an excellent realtor. Very knowledgeable and does everything to get you the house want to purchase and to sale your existing home if that be the case. He has been great through our home buying process and through the selling of our house. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.

Brian was the absolute BEST! He showed us our new home and helped us get a contract on it the day we saw it. We werent expecting to find a home as quickly as we did, so the home we were living in wasnt ready to sell, at least that is what we thought. Long story short, we put our house on the market Monday and it sold by Wednesday! We had financing threw a bank who dropped the ball about half way through our process and Brian made a few phone calls, and we all set to close on the original closing date! There we ups and downs during the process but Brian was our rock during the entire process. He was there to answer every question, returned phone calls, and kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on. I have called him questions even after the closing of the homes. He is definitely a hard worker and has his clients best interest at heart. I also want to say we close on both houses on the same day!! We would use him again and would recommend him to our friends!

Brian was attentive, informative, patient, and a constant source of assurance throughout our shopping and closing process. He was able to secure appointments and showings with little to no wait, he gave his input while we viewed properties (which was hugely appreciated, since this was our first time buying a house), and he answered or deligated every question we had in that murky period between making an offer and closing the sale (a process we had been dreading after several horror stories).We plan to upgrade sometime in the next 5-7 years; if Brian is still in the business, he will be our first phone call to list and/or to help us hunt for our next place.

Through luck I was connected with Brian. During our first meetup he showed me a few homes and during that process he learned more about me and my needs. The second time we met up he showed me a stunning house that met all of my criteria. It seems as though Brian never sleeps because any time I had a question he always gave a timely and informative answer. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience and would be more than happy to recommend him!

Hands down the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Great communication, fast with paper work and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy a house then you need someone who can dig in these listings and find exactly what you need. Think he knows every street in the Tyler greater area!
