We were referred to Brian on Saturday while attending a Taylor Swift Concert in Miami and he showed us a house on Sunday in the area we were interested in and the right price range.....he nailed it. However, we weren't too sure, but called us the next day to make sure we weren't interested in it before he moved on. Once we decided yes, he hooked us up with the Mortgage Company and the closing was done in a timely manner. He also gave us names of local plumbers, electricians etc too. He would call us back in a timely manner and made sure he's i's were dotted and T's were crossed. Awesome Job :)
