Brian is not only our Real Estate Agent, he became our advisor and good friend. His experience in real estate is amazing!!! He took time for us, always answering our questions, always willing to teach us about the difficult process of buying a house. Brian never rushed us, and I admire his professionalism. Until now, every time we have a question about additions to our house, we always contact him first. We trust him, he is honest. For him, it's not about the commission, it's about excellent service, and making things easier for his clients. The process of buying a house is difficult and confusing, but with Brian we knew we were in great hands!!

Brian asked the right questions, listened to us and quickly understood what we were looking for and worked with us to identify the potential candidates based on that criteria. He has very accommodating at the time of looking at properties, even when the list could have been long, he pushed through to make sure we were satisfied with the visits and we had covered all the houses we wanted to see. Upon finding the right property, he helped us go through every step of the closure and facilitated the negotiations with the previous owners successfully advocating in our behalf. Overall it was a pleasure to work with Brian and we are very happy with our experience and look forward to the next opportunity of working with him.

Brian is absolutely amazing to work with! He is super knowledgeable on all things real estate but also genuinely cares about his clients, and hes fun to work with! He consistently went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process-always making sure we were comfortable with things, that we knew all of our options, and that we got the best deal possible. We were in Illinois and buying a house in Arizona. Brian went above and beyond to make this the easiest possible experience ever! He provided the tools possible to get new listings immediately! We loved working with Brian. My husband moved down to Phoenix 6 months before me because I was back in Utah selling our other home. Brian worked with us for 6 months he would take My husband out whenever we found houses we wanted to see. Finally when ours sold I flew down and he drove us around for 2 days and he was very patient with me and all my crazy requests on what I liked and didnt like. I liked how he would give me feed back on houses because he was familiar with the area and I was new to it. When we finally found our house he was so sweet to come back and do the last walk through for us and he even would send me pictures of the house being painted and how the new carpet looked. He went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for us.

Met Brian by chance when touring an open house he hosted one year before we were ready to sell/buy. He kept in contact but never pushy. We selected Brian after review of other realtors and never regretted that decision. This guy is on it, every detail is taken care of. Neither of us had previously sold a home before so Brian guided us through the process. Home sold in less than 24 hours and offer was over asking price. Buying process was just as easy. Found a home we wanted 2 days before he was due to go on vacation. He made the deal happen and got $10,000 off the asking price. You can't go wrong with Brian, he knows what he's doing. Everything he said would happen during the whole selling/buying process did and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely, Yes! Brian is knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate. When trying to find a real estate agent I went to the internet and found some very "cool" comments about Brian, and then said to me, why not give this guy a try! He helps with things n' stuff unrelated to buying and selling and this for me is over the top with service. He worked with me on selling and buying. He also stuck with me when I was full of indecisions, regarding what to do, this amounted to months. I gave him the option to back out and he hung in there with me, and I said WOW, what a glutton for punishment . Brian is service oriented and has lots of patience.
