    • "After we both received job offers in a city 1,750 miles away with start dates in less than 60 days, selling our home at a fair price in a very short amount of time became our number one priority. In the area in which we lived, we regularly noticed "Sold" signs with Brian's name on them, and at least once a week we received high quality mailings from Brian about homes for sale in the area. Although we had never met Brian before, after two years of this routine, we knew exactly who we wanted to sell our home when that time came. Brian's work can best be summarized with three concepts: Expert Direction, Professionalism & Polish, and Communication. From the very start, we absolutely believe that the few (but impactful) suggestions that Brian provided to help improve the attractiveness of our home added an additional $20,000 to our final price at a cost of less than $2,500 and 10 days of time. The quality of his advertising methods (signage, marketing materials, etc) could easily have been used to sell a multi-million dollar home, at no extra cost to us. Also, at a time when we clearly had plenty on our plate preparing to move across the country, Brian's quick replies to our inquiries and proactive efforts to keep us informed on the progress of our home sale was refreshing from a sales professional, and his ability to deflect bogus requests and questions from potential buyers versus flooding them over to us was very much appreciated as well. The fact is, we had a need to sell our home quickly at an inflated cost from the recent real estate property boom, just as the now familiar "credit crisis" began to decimate the real estate market. Although others in the area had their comparable homes on the market for 3-6 months (over a year for our next door neighbor), with Brian's help we sold our's in less than a month within 2% of our asking price!
