I wasn't finding many houses out there in the beginning, but Brian persevered and helped find me the perfect house! He was my go to person for selling and buying my house.

Brian was very responsive to our viewing schedules and would take time to show us a home when we would call him with only an 1 hour or less notice. I am very appreciative to have an agent like him and would recommend him to others. I glad he has the patients to deal with the amount of house that we looked at and did not like until we found the one we liked.

Brian recently assisted my wife and I with a 1031 exchange transaction. I inherited a property in south Seattle which fell in disrepair and had some squatters living in it for some time. Therefore, we were eager to sell and use the proceeds for a rental property closer to where we lived in south Snohomish County. Brian listed the property and we received multiple offers, ended up selling for $140K over list price after a 10-day review period. He also assisted us in setting up the 1031 exchange, facilitated the 1031 exchange with the 1031 processor and we were able to close on a new construction property in the Lake Serene area approximately 45-days after closing on the sale of the south Seattle property. Brian was excellent to work with and responded to emails and texts very quickly. If we ever had a need to purchase or sell in the future, he would be on the top of our contact list. If anyone out there is looking for a "FANTASTIC" real estate agent, we highly recommend Brian Hayter!! Before we found Brian my husband and I looked at, at least 3 dozen homes if not more. Brian is a real find, he saved my highly frustrated Husband from loosing it... We asked him to come out to the home we were renting so he could see what we were looking for, and we had some difficult requests. Brian did come to our home we were renting, and he spent some quality time sitting and talking with us. Brian was there for us every step of the way, even through our frustration. Because like I said we had some difficult requests. We could "always" reach Brian by phone, text or e-mail. Buying a home can be a stressful ordeal, and Brian took on all the stress for us! (literally) Brian found a home that had been listed for only 45 minutes. So he sent an e-mail since is was late in the evening on a weekday, that he knew had all our needs met. I just happen to look at my e-mails before going to bed. So we called him, and of course he answered right away. Brian showed us this home at 8:30 at night. It was perfect for us, and we fell in love with it!! We went to Brian's office to put in an offer, he was there with us until 11:30. We couldn't believe he would do this for us so late in the evening, like I said he is "FANTASTIC" He literally walked us through everything, and explained, and answered all of our questions so we could understand. Every step of the way, he made this easy for us. Brian cared about us, and what we were looking for. He didn't just want to make a quick sale, he wanted to help us find the perfect place to call home, and he did just that. Brian is not just a real estate agent, he is a real person with a caring heart who truly cares...

Brian's guidance and expertise in preparation of the home for photography and marketing materials was masterful. We ended up selling the home for the price we were looking for in only three days after the listing hit MLS. Brian Hayter is basically the most awesome real estate agent there is. He gets it done and makes it a great process. This is silly, but working with him makes me sad we don't have more houses to buy and sell. It's that smooth and even enjoyable doing business with him. Brian knows the market back to front and has great tips, experience, and instincts. He helped us buy a house that fit our needs more perfectly than we could imagine. He tirelessly toured with us, gave us great input/opinions, helped us pre-inspect so there were no surprises, and didn't let us settle for less. We "right-sized" and bought a newer, nicer, but smaller house in a better area for us. Brian also helped us fix up and sell our older larger house in Bothell for just the amount we were looking for, in just the time frame we were looking for. Everything couldn't have gone smoother, and it was mainly because he set us up for success. Brian dots all the i's, crosses all the t's, made sure our house looked great for a reasonable price. He coordinated deep cleaning, staging, great photos, a walk through video, an professional description on the listing. Along the way, he had straight forward and honest discussions with us, cheered us on and encouraged us, pushed us through to the end when we were getting tired, and then celebrated with us. He has become a close personal friend though this process, and we could not have been blessed by a better person or expert along the way. Interestingly enough, we had a buying agent in mind already, but kept running into Brian at showings. He was pretty much the agent on several of our favorite showings. Now that I know him, I think it's because of how meticulously he helps you set your house up to be the best it can be for potential buyers. Anyone who works with Brian has the best man for the job in their corner. Anyone who chooses him is one smart cookie. I never knew this process could be so pleasant. He was always reachable a phone call or text away when we had questions or problems. He called us and kept us in the loop constantly. We couldn't be happier with our new home, and are still fixing it up. Brian still stays in touch with us to see how it's going every now and then. He simply is the best.

We met Brian at an Open House when we had just started looking for our first home. He was easy to talk to and we felt no pressure to sign on with him as our realtor (but we are so glad we did!). Brian did a thorough job walking us through the process of finding and putting an offer together prior to visiting any houses together. Brian is awesome! We could not have had a better experience working with Brian. We'd been planning on relocating from southern California for a while and had been in contact with Brian leading up to finally pulling the trigger. Brian Hayter has been a friend of mine since I could barely tie my shoes. But that is not the reason why I chose him to sell my house. You want an agent that will work for you, and keeps your best interest in mind throughout the whole process and Brian does just that. Brian is very meticulous and catches every detail which is important dealing with the buying or selling of a home and how one screw up and ruin it all. He is young and hungry, holding open houses every weekend, and even when he was on vacation he still kept in constant contact and had the open houses covered.
