Mr. Brian Larsen helped me buy my condominium in Pasadena. Being a first time homebuyer was a very daunting task but Brian helped me negotiate the complicated process and was very patient answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the location and property. I would very much recommend his services.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, informative, responsive, friendly, helpful, and smart are all adjectives of Brian Larsen in the extreme. I randomly called up Brian one day while I was out searching for homes on my own. I am from Detroit and have never purchased a home. I didn't know the areas at all or what I should be looking for. Brian helped me with absolutely everything from forms, paperwork, inspections, and home visits. He told me it takes usually 10 houses to visit before a client makes a decision. We saw 8 houses in the first day. We visited more than 25 houses in many cities. I did a lot of research and found possible areas and he would help me whittle them down via location and house descriptions. He was absolutely helpful in everything. I feel very confident my wife and I found the best possible location and house in this crazy Los Angeles market. He was very easy to talk to and he does a good job and not showing annoyance from receiving Word documents containing 100 different possibilities. If I could buy another house just to work with him, I would.

When selecting a real estate agent for our recent home sale and purchase, we decided to work with Brian Larsen. He lived in our immediate neighborhood which made it convenient for us, and he was knowledgeable about the area, current comps, general market, etc. During the selling process, he was helpful in providing guidance to "stage" our home - from yard improvements and appropriate furniture placement to outdoor clean up (which he personally did before each open house we held with him). Our buying and selling process started out smooth and easy but became a very complicated process due to several unforeseen circumstances. Brian was calm and helped all parties (sellers, buyers, and their respective agents) get through.

This is the third time Brian Helped me in buying, selling. I went to China on business and wanted to sell my condo quickly. Brian took care of everything. Cleaned the garage, cleaned the house before showing. Daily emails and phone calls to me. Brian even called the consulate general in Cheng Du to arrange for me to come in to notarized paper work. He is fair and got the price I wanted.

I've worked with a total of 4 agents, and upon requesting to view some properties, on the very same day, Brian scheduled 3 appointments. Brian is very prompt at scheduling and making the best out of our carved time to do property touring, trying to schedule at least 3 properties per meet up and would always offer to drive.
