Brian Mecham was a great agent. He didn't give up on a home that I really liked, and I ended up moving into my new home within a few months of starting the process. I'm very pleased with Brian's performance as a buyer's agent, as he was able to negotiate a fair price, get quick contact with the selling agent, and was very responsive to all of my various and often confusing questions. Brian was very flexible with time, being willing to meet me outside of work hours for a multitude of showings. He was also understanding of my situation, being a fresh college graduate who had never owned a home before. I didn't think i'd be able to afford a modest home, but Brian found a small mansion in my price range. Loved working with Brian. We met at an open house and told him what we were looking for and he gave us many options. He took us to see what we wanted and gave us his honest opinion. What I appreciated most was that his goal was to find us a house that we would love and not to just sell us any house to make his commission. If you're looking for a home Brian Mecham is your man, I just recently got my first home all thanks to Brian! Me and my girlfriend had been looking around at houses for months until we decided we were ready, we contacted zillow and they got us in touch with Brian, right from the start he asked us what our preferences were when it came to different things like location, how well the condition of the home is, how does the neighbors and neighborhood look, he pointed out things we didn't even think of or noticed, when we finally found the one we had some issues with the seller, but Brian wasnt going to let anything stop us from getting the home we wanted, the seller wanted to put me through hell and make me jump through hoops, but Brian had our back, he stuck up for us and made sure the seller was in place. Even at the end when we were suppose to finally close, the seller wanted me to pay him 1500 out of pocket for his inconvenience (MISHDA put us through hell and back) even though it was completely out of my control otherwise he would walk, so Brian came out of his own pay just to make sure the seller wouldn't walk away from the deal and leave us in a total crisis with are apartment, now thanks to him we are an official home owner!!! I would recommend Brian to anyone 100% this man is absolutely incredible, thank you so much again Brian!!!

My wife and I had the privilege of being matched with Brian through Zillow when we started looking to buy our first house. I am so glad we were matched with him. From the start, Brian was in communication with us and help us navigate through this stressful and scary time. What really sold us on Brian was once we started the negotiation process to the closing table. Let's just say the other realtor and individuals he was dealing with is one worth a chapter in a book. Brian took the initiative to get the deal we wanted, helped us with all the needed events after an offer is accepted before you get the keys to your new house. Even with all the issues we had with the Sellers and their agent, Brian kept us calm and was with us the entire way. It was telling when we were at the closing table and the Seller's agent was half an hour late and didn't have everything needed and almost made us delay our closing for the second time, Brian saved the day with his attitude to get the job done and do it well. Although we joke with him that we will never buy a house again, I would recommend Brian to anyone that is looking for a good agent. Thank You, Brian!
