I was going to buy a condo and looking for one of the top rated in 2019 real estate agents located in North Dallas area. I took time to do some search and found Brian Micalizzi. I reviewed his company’s Mission Statement “Clients come first…” and realized: he is the ONE! I was right! His performance, dedication, level of communication was amazing! He provided explanations, information and updates at any time of a day or late in evenings, took care of every detail, successfully negotiated with seller’s agent all needed issues and overall was on the top of everything going through a whole buying process till the end “CLOSING!”. I felt like I found not just the great agent, but also a friend who is understanding and helpful in many ways! Brian is very intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and just the nicest person I ever met! I highly recommend him to any person interested in purchasing or selling a home in the future! You will not regret! You will get lucky having him as your agent!
