My Mom had passed away and we wanted to sell her house but we lived 3 hours away in another state. Brian and Sharon were great. I thought I was an expert after buying and selling my share of homes while serving 27 years in the military, but nothing had prepared me for this. This was a very complicated sale. We had to deal with the estate and the courts. My Mom had a reverse mortgage and the bank wanted to foreclose on the house. And, we also discovered major issues with the home that needed repairs. Brian and Sharon guided us through the whole process and showed incredible patience with us. It was not just them but a whole team. The folks in the office (Danielle) were superb. One day while driving home, I saw the Keller Williams Realty for sale sign in the front yard of one of the townhomes on my street. Knowing that I had the same layout as the townhome for sale and with no success from prior realtors that I had used, I reached out and Brian came to my home. worked with Noreen Pascal from the Team and I will say she was a huge help throughout the entire home buying process. I started my process from South Korea due to active military service. She would send potential homes for me to look at almost weekly and was very responsive communicating any answers to questions I may have had before actually doing a face to face meeting. Once I returned home it only took 2 days of checking out potential homes and making a selection. Due to Noreen's very proactive approach, I was able to find the home for me and negotiate very quickly. I was able to close on the home earlier ban expected and I am loving my new home!!!
