We recently decided to upgrade to a larger home in a neighboring community. Brian and Vini helped my family and I sell our current home and purchase a new one, which isn't always an easy task since we wanted to close on the homes at the same time to avoid holding two mortgages. Brian gave us a price recommendation that would get us the dollar amount we wanted while meeting the time frame we needed and not have our home sit on the market for too long. Once we decided to list our house, Brian and his team got to work with their photographers, lenders, and marketing team. Brian negotiated the price on our new home and was even able to get the sellers to accept a home sale contingency so that we wouldn't be forced to close on our new house if the current house didn't sell. It was a lengthy and sometimes complicated process but overall it went smoothly and we were able to close on both homes at the same time and are now happily living in our dream home! I would highly recommend The Pearl Antonacci Group for any and all of your real estate needs. They have the experience, are dedicated to their clients and are always available to answer any questions no matter what time of day or night!

As an investor, it's very important for me to have a realtor that I can rely on. Brian has always been just that. He has consistently brought me investment opportunities days before my other realtor contacts. Just recently we completed a transaction that would not have happened without his involvement..Brian was persistent in his negotiations with the seller's agent and brought me a signed contract at an amount that made the deal work for me. His knowledge of the local market is indispensable, and his work ethic is second to none.

I will always recommend Brian and Vini from The Pearl Antonacci Group; they are my go-to Realtors! They recently listed and sold our townhouse that was a rental/investment property that we had a tenant in and when COVID caused the tenant to lose her job it became evident that she wasn't going to leave without a fight. Thankfully Brian and Vini were able to sell the property to a buyer and recommend an attorney that specializes in Landlord/Tenant Law to assist in the process. Not only did they get the job done, they did it in the middle of a global pandemic and in less than a month of it being on the market! Great job and thank you!
