- Brian never responded to my request
Brian was originally the sellers agent when we purchased our home. I thought he was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly. We decided to purchase another home and needed an agent we decided on Brian. After numerous attempts to contact him via his listed phone number, the website for SUNSET reality (ask me anything) and via the office paging him he never bothered to return our call. Now the house we were interested in is under contact with someone else. He never bothered to have another agent call us and at the bare minimum explain that he wasn't interested in our transaction, he just blew us off. We lost a property we were very much interested in, by the time we contacted another agent. In my opinion he's was unprofessional and lacked even the smallest amount of common courtesy. If this is what SUNSET reality represents then look else where.
