Brian Pingleton

He is responsible for his work and honest to his customers. We trusted everything what he said. He is a very nice person. He walked with you to understand what do we need for sale or but. I hope every one like him.

Very honest and up front with everything. Listens to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect home within our price range. He didn't try to convince us to buy a house outside of our price range or be pushy. Was available throughout the day and worked very hard to negotiate our deal.

We had used 2 other realtors to list our home in a great neighborhood. We made many upgrades requested by the realtors, but they were unable to get us an offer on our house. Within a short time of changing to Brian we sold our home!

Awesome realtor!!! Was amazing every step of the way. Helped us buy our first home and later helped us buy property for building our dream home. We recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Loved our experience selling our 2 year old home in less than 60 days! Brian kept us updated throughout the process letting us know about potential buyers. Also gave great advice on the process since it was our first time selling. Definitely recommend him and his team!!

I would give Brian Pingleton 5 stars in every process involved in selling our home. Brian is all business while being very personal and respectful. I highly recommend Brian whether you are buying or selling a home.

Pingleton Real Estate Team did a great job. They provided expert advice on how we should list our house, and it sold quickly. The closing process was simple and easy.
