Brian Sullivan joined Houlihan Parnes Properties in 2002 as an asset manager for a portfolio of retail, multi-family and unsold shares properties throughout Westchester & Orange County and New York City. He is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson, National and State member of the Board of Realtors and a member of the Hudson Gateway Association MLS and the Northern Manhattan/Bronx MLS. He currently serves on 14 cooperative boards as a sponsor representative. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Manhattan College in 2001.
