I was very stressed just thinking about selling a rental property and the current home we lived in all in time to purchase a new home we planned to build. Once I talked to Brian about our goals I knew he "got it". Not only did he calm my fears but he made a plan to get from point A to point B with the least amount of stress possible. Brian is a great listener and I could tell he really cared about our needs. He responded to my calls and questions quicky... not like some agents. Brian also went above and beyond to assist me in getting the rental property in shape to be seen by potential buyers. He understands the housing market and what it takes to get a house or two SOLD.
